some problems with the rules

1) yes some of us (guys) love the chase but just because we don't ask for your number doesn't mean that we are not interested.
no problem with 2
3) Some times it does and sometimes it doesn't its all in how phrase it. And sometimes you do want to play games with the girl who hands out her number willy-nilly it doesn't make her any different then the girl who made you jump through hopes for it.

I disagree with this completely. I never offer my number out. I always wait for the gentleman to ask for it or offer me his. I have three very good reasons for this:
1. Men love the chase. If he doesn't ask for my number he's clearly not chasing so I'm not going to waste my time.
2. I don't want my number in the phone of every man I meet. If he wants it that much, he will ask for it. If I like him, I will enter it into his phone myself.
3. I feel it looks slightly desperate to just offer your number out. Playing hard to get is much smoother (see point 1.) Do you really want to be playing games with a girl who offers her number out willy-nilly?
