There are women who almost demand to choose the time and place. Almost as if to plan for them would be to say that they aren’t capable of doing it…Maybe this is only typical in American women but at the very least, the man should have a plan. Whether she follows it or not is another story all together but at least you put some brain power into it… She will give you credit most of the time!
