anytime i’ve gone out in a group of guys we know to split the group into smaller groups, with a set rendez-vous time and location for when the club/bar closes if none are lucky enough to leave early. mostly because we understood that we look less intimidating as a group… if there were 4 – 5, we split to 2 groups… and when one approached, the laid in the cut for a bit before making an entrance to ensure reception into the mix. but the ratio should typically either be equal, or have the women outnumbering the guys… they will have the “upperhand”… also, if the guy you’re with is married or might-as-well-be, this helps your credibility, so long as he states this and then discusses married man issues, like drapes, and pillows and color schemes for bathrooms… =P

This is actually a commonly overlooked form of non-verbal communication. Guys like to go out in large groups of guys because they think it makes them look popular or cool, when in reality if you’re they are with just one or two of their buddies it makes them appear to be loyal and trustworthy. Smaller numbers = bigger rewards.
